He got his start with Mad TV and has been doing the comedy tour for ever. He's even been here to Orlando and is coming back with Bill Engvall to the UCF Arena!

Last time Doc talked to Frank it was 3 years ago and he made him wait not knowing who he was...that was till he saw him in the hall!

Well three years later Doc's telling everyone why he needs to apologize to Frank and ends up making Frank wait again...
