TMZ reports that he served time in a Los Angeles jail more than 12 years ago on charges of misdemeanor vandalism, vehicle tampering, and disturbing the peace. (There's currently no details on what exactly he did.) Heene pled no contest to the charges and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, two years of probation and ordered to pay $100 restitution. He wound up behind bars for only four days though, serving the rest of his time under house arrest.
