BALLOON MOM ADMITS HOAX!
While Balloon dad Richard Heene has yet to admit the whole incident was a hoax, Balloon mom Mayumi Heene has already 'fessed up. "Mayumi described that she and Richard Heene devised this hoax approximately two weeks earlier," investigator Robert Heffernan wrote in a sworn affidavit, released Friday. "The experimental flying saucer was specifically made to carry out this hoax." She also admitted to the Larimer County sheriff's investigator that she knew her 6-year-old son Falcon was in the house when they claimed he was in the out-of-control man-made balloon. She also said that she and her husband told their three sons to lie about it. Richard and Mayumi now face felony charges in connection with the hoax.
