LOST LAWSUIT SETTLED!

Lost star Henry Ian Cusick (Desmond) has settled a lawsuit filed by a former Lost crewmember who accused him of sexual harassment.

Chelsea Stone filed suit in April, alleging that the actor caressed her butt and back while working on the show. She then says she got fired when she complained about it. Stone was seeking unspecified damages from Cusick, as well as ABC and the production company behind Lost. According to TMZ, the pair settled out of court. The amount and terms of the settlement have not been released.
