The Insider reports that Levi, who's about to shoot his Playgirl pictorial, plans to pursue legal action against Tripp's mother, Bristol Palin, daughter of Vice Presidential candidate Sarah Palin, because he says the family is making it difficult for him to see the child. "It's not working. I'm done," he said. "It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge." And speaking of Levi lawsuits, Entertainment Tonight reports he is suing Twitter for failing to prevent an imposter from posing as him on their sight. The imposter's tweets were the subject of a comedy segment on The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien.
