Gretchen Wilson Stands Up For Miley Cyrus
Gretchen Wilson doesn't think Miley Cyrus should apologize for the controversial "Vanity Fair" photos. Cyrus was snapped by renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz in one pose with a sheet around her that reveals a bare back and arm. Wilson notes that a project this big wasn't something Billy Ray Cyrus' 15-year-old daughter did on a whim. Wilson, who notes that she and daughter Grace recently attended Miley's birthday party, says she figures the "Hannah Montana" star was just being a typical 15-year old who likes to dress up and wants to be older than she really is. Gretchen is even turning the tables, adding, quote, "if Miley didn't feel icky about it, and now we are making her feel icky, we have to ask ourselves if that is right." What others are saying
- Gretchen Wilson Stands Up For Miley CyrusGO GRETCHEN!!! There is nothing wrong with these pictures!!! I have seen worse. But I know that photographers should not take advantage of young girls just to sell magazines!!! Miley looks great and I will still LOVE HER!! She has a great voice and a great meaning. I wish I had a little girl that could look up to her and see strength and courage!! PEOPLE JUST NEED TO GET OFF HER BACK AND LOOK AT THEMSELVES, BEFORE THEY CRITICIZE SOMEONE ELSE AND THERE FAMILY!!!!! THERE IS NO MISTAKE HERE. She could have gotten pregnant or gone on some Bi-Polar Rant like some of the other stars. (and that is just one family) The only thing is she let someone convince her to do something that was not in her best interest. Now she knows not to trust anyone!!! WAY TO GO MILEY & GRETCHEN, YOU BOTH ROCK!!!
