Toby Keith Ends 2008 With Many Career And Personal Accomplishments... Now, How Does He Top Himself In 2009?

The time honored tradition of slowing down for the holidays may be lost on singer, songwriter and performer Toby Keith, who is capping an already remarkable year with a few more milestones.

The 2008 Biggest & Baddest Tour again saw Toby playing standing-room-only venues nationwide, and he's not done yet having recently announced a winter leg commencing January 22nd in Albany.

But Toby may count some of his biggest accomplishments as the $500,000 his Ally's House charity recently donated to help build a pediatric oncology unit in his native Oklahoma, as well as seventh USO Tour to forward operating bases in Afghanistan and Iraq. And then are the those little things that just have to make him smile...like finding out two of his friends Retired Marine General James Jones and New Mexico Governor Bill Richardson ­ will soon be serving the country in the new president's cabinet. Or having Forbes name him the Best Paid male musician in the world.

Of course, now he just has to figure out how to top himself in '09.
