Blake Shelton Tops The Chart

Blake Shelton has a number one hit with the single "She Wouldn't Be Gone." The singer admits that he was able to put a lot of emotion into his vocals on that song, in part because the lyrics reflect a unique approach to the subject. "She Wouldn't Be Gone" has reached the top spot on the R&R Singles and MediaBase Singles charts. The song is the lead-off single from Shelton's latest CD, "Startin' Fires."
