Country Star Or Security Guy?
by Gayle Richardson on The Boot.com
Tim McGraw wants his fans to know he's watching them. Having twice made headlines for ejecting misbehaving fans from his shows, Tim says he'd do it again if he had to -- in a heartbeat.

"Look, I'm the one with the microphone," Tim tells the Associated Press, "so if there's something that needs to be done, and I'm the one who can see it because of where I'm at, then I'm probably the only person who can ask somebody to do something about it. Other people may not be able to see it, security especially."

The most recent incident occurred at the California Mid State Fair, back in July. Midway through singing his hit, 'Indian Outlaw,' Tim stopped singing and hauled a man on stage, saying, "You don't treat a woman like that!" The singer then waited for security to remove the man before continuing his performance.

"It's all about enjoying yourself and not messing with other people's fun," Tim explains of his expectations of concertgoers. "And certainly I don't think you should be abusive to women. I think that's number one right there."

Tim is gearing up for the release of a new album, 'Southern Voice,' on Oct. 20. He also has a new movie coming out with Sandra Bullock called 'The Blind Side,' due in theaters on Nov. 20.
