The pre-sale code on our website is valid. I think what you are probably
referring to is the message that says " Sorry, no exact matches were
found, but other tickets may still be available."

If you get to the security check part where you have to enter the
words..that means the code worked. If the code was incorrect you would
get a message that says "The password you entered is not in our system.
Please try again."

Our best guess would be is that there is an overwhelming response to the
presale which is slowing the Ticketmaster website system down. This
would be a problem that should be addressed to Ticketmaster.

We have nothing to do with the Ticketmaster website itself, we just
wanted to provide the pre-sale code to our listeners.

Sorry for your troubles, but I would just keep trying until you can get

Ugggghhhhh!!!! I had 4 tickets in section 207 and I let them GO!!!! I thought I might get a second chance, but there are no more available!!! I want to kick myself......

Bummer!! I searched for 3 tickets for my 2 daughters and an adult as soon as it came up and there were none available already!
