In the opening skit of Saturday Night Live tonight, Joe Biden (played by Jason Sudeikis) was giving an address from the Oval Office and made a random Kenny Chesney reference.

Biden said that he would get health care passed while the President was gone. To get bipartisan support, the first Republican to cross the aisle and support the bill would be allowed to add a provision to the bill... any provision:

"It could be whatever you want. You want a constitutional amendment banning gay marriage? That's fine. Maybe a national holiday for Kenny Chesney? Or a law that makes it illegal to be Nancy Pelosi? Whatever."
