Trace Adkins remains on NBC's "The Celebrity Apprentice." When it came down to the final decision, Donald Trump announced he wanted to see the country singer face off against Piers Morgan in the show's final challenge. Their task is to promote a charity event featuring a performance from the Backstreet Boys along with a charity auction. This time the project winner won't be determined solely by the amount of money brought in, but Trump will consider how well they each do overall, and he'll look at the celebrities who attend and how the task is carried out. In addition, while they're competing against each other Trace and Piers will also have to work together to ensure that the event is a success. p To help them, Trump brought back previously "fired" contenders Stephen Baldwin and Carol Alt, who will help Piers, and Lennox Lewis and Marilu Henner, who will assist Trace. Trace is pulling out all the guns, leasing two planes and bringing in country stars for the show, while Piers is hoping to wow them with his auction expertise. But Trace is finding that he has his hands full with the demands of the Backstreet Boys, while Piers is less than impressed with Baldwin's ability to bring in celebrity friends. The two-hour finale, in which the winner of "The Celebrity Apprentice" will be named, will also include a performance by Trace. It'll air on NBC next Thursday.
