Tim McGraw: Samuel Timothy Smith.

Faith Hill: Audrey Faith Perry.

How Tim and Faith Met:

Faith and Tim met on the Spontaneous Combustion Tour in 1996 where Faith performed the opening act. Tim proposed right before a performance, he didn't have time to hear Faith's response. She wrote her response on a mirror.

Shortly after the tour ended, Faith and Tim were married.

Wedding Date

October 6, 1996 in Rayville, Louisiana.

Tim and Faith had a quick wedding with a simple reception at Tim's aunt's home. Faith was married in a designer wedding dress in her barefeet.

Children

Tim and Faith have three daughters. Tim and Faith have a family rule to not spend more than three consecutive days apart from another.

Gracie Katherine: Born on May 5, 1997.
Maggie Elizabeth: Born on August 12, 1998.
Audrey Caroline: Born on December 6, 2001.

Residence

Tim and Faith reside near Nashville in Willimson County, Tennessee.

Faith: She was married to Daniel Hill from July 23, 1988 to 1994 when the marriage ended in divorce.

Soul2Soul II Tour Information

The Soul2Soul II tour will be Tim and Faith's third tour together.

Faith hasn't been on tour with Tim since 2000 when the couple performed in the original Soul2Soul tour.

She said in USA Today article on 4/20/2006, "I've been raising babies, you know, being a mom."

The tour is scheduled around their daughters' school schedules. Although the girls will travel on the same bus with Tim and Faith, at each stop they will have their own dressing room.

You two are an inspiration......
to all of us guys out there who are looking for that perfect girl, we now know we don't have to be perfect to find them. However to lasso them it might take a little bit of Tim to catch her for good. Thanks Tim for a great CMA week. I really enjoyed that story about your 10th anniversary 'up on the hill' that was cool. Good luck to both of you and your wonderful girls. Tim you don't want a political life, because you will lose many of the good things it took you so long to find. I tell you that as a friend.

I love this couple and think they are very good role models for all couples. I admire how they keep things together and how they are raising their kids.

What a handsome couple you make. You can see and feel the love you have for each other, and it is contagious. I wish I had a relationship you two enjoy, I just haven't been able to find 'that girl' yet. When I do I'll send you invitations to our day.
