CMT Music Awards 2007
Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats" video was the big winner at CMT Music Awards, which aired lived from Nashville. "Before He Cheats" gave Underwood the video of the year prize, another "buckle" trophy for best female video, and it also won Roman White video director of the year award.

The CMT show is the only fan-voted award show. The show was filled with thanks to those fans for voting. "Thank you, fans. Fans, fans, fans!" Underwood exclaimed!
