Don't Fear, Dr. Phil is Here Some Mindy McCready news that's NOT about jail time! A report claims that the cracked out country crooner is apparently going back to rehab after trying to "do herself in" with vodka and Ambien late last week. McCready supposedly became suicidal after getting dumped by her boyfriend and collapsed while on the phone with her mother. Dr. Phil reportedly suggested to the troubled singer that she head to Arizona for treatment. Mindy is the doc's new "personal project." Both parties have declined to comment.

THE LATEST ON THE BALE SCANDAL!

Information is still sketchy as to what exactly happened that led to Christian Bale being interviewed by police for four hours over an alleged assault on his mother and sister. A source tells The Mail that the Batman star flew into a rage when his mother made some disparaging remarks about his wife. "Christian was stressed, but he didn't lay a finger on anyone," said a source. "Instead, he flew off the handle and cussed his mother. He just got very loud because his mother was saying some very outrageous things about him, and his wife." The source adds, "Christian's attitude is that it was his mother's fault because she became very provocative in an argument they were having. Things got out of control and he now says he wishes he just left the room." Apparently, Bale is also having some troubles in his marriage to Sibi Blazic. "He has stresses in his life," said the source. "He can have a terrible temper. Instead of lashing out at his wife, he sometimes lashed out at the people around him. His marriage is not perfect, but his relationship with his mother is much more trouble."

BRAD'S BIG MISTAKE/THREATENS LAWSUIT!

Brad Pitt is getting flack for driving a golf cart with daughter Shiloh on his lap. The Mail published the paparazzi photo of the Jolie-Pitt clan out enjoying a family day on a secluded bike track at their Miraval estate. But Brad isn't too happy that the paparazzi have been intruding on the family's private property. The Smoking Gun reports that Pitt's lawyers are threatening legal action against anyone who publishes photos of the family on their estate. (They were specifically referring to photos showing the family, minus the twins, playing in the backyard of their home.) Pitt's lawyers say that the pictures were "surreptitiously" taken by paparazzi with "highly powerful telephoto lenses" and publishing them would be a violation of their privacy rights.

SEX STAR'S HUBBY A CHEAT?!

Star magazine reports that Sarah Jessica Parker's husband Matthew Broderick cheated on her. According to the tab, earlier this year, Broderick met a 25-year-old redhead in a bar and began text messaging her. A source close to the gal, a youth counselor, said that the pair then began seeing each other and the relationship turned sexual after they met at a Manhattan townhouse owned by one of Matthew's friends.

LOCKLEAR CHECKS OUT! People reports that Heather Locklear has checked out of the Sierra Tucson rehab facility, four weeks after she sought treatment for anxiety and depression. The Melrose Place star is now home with her 10-year-old daughter Ava, who had been in the care of her father, Richie Sambora, for the past month.

SIENNA MILLER NOT HAPPY WITH PHOTOS

Sienna Miller is suing over the stories and pictures of her Italian holiday with Balthazar Getty. Claiming invasion of privacy, she is taking action over two articles that appeared in the News of The World. In December, the Sun and the News of the World contributed to a nearly $75,000 payout to Miller for publishing "intrusive" photos of her doing a nude scene on a movie set. Miller's legal representative confirmed that he had filed the papers, but wouldn't comment further.

HANG WITH MILEY AT FILM PREMIERE

Miley Cyrus is holding an eBay auction and the winner will attend the premiere of Cyrus's Disney animated film Bolt, opening November 26th. The auction ends July 29th and is benefiting the Cyrus family's charity, Pappy Cyrus Family Foundation (named for Miley's grandfather), which supports underprivileged children.

CHRISTIAN WENT BALE-ISTIC ON T4 SET

Bale was on the set last Friday shooting "Terminator 4" at Kirtland Air Force Base in New Mexico. During a scene, Shane Hurlbut (seriously), director of cinematography, screwed up a shot -- at least in Christian's mind. We're told Bale went ballistic, screaming "I will kick your ass" along with other choice remarks. Several hundred people heard the outburst -- including Military Police -- which was described as "intense." We're told Bale was "extremely tired and having a bad day."

MILEY CALLS VANITY FAIR PICS A "MISTAKE!"

The Miley Cyrus Vanity Fair picture scandal just won't go away. Miley is out doing press for her new album, Breakout, so of course the subject was bound to come up in interviews. During a sit down with ABC's Good Morning America, Miley called the photos "a mistake" explaining, "I think I was just in a stage where I was just trying to get things done, and maybe look for an older audience. I was working with a big magazine just trying to go with what they were saying." She added, "Anyone who was 15 years old can't say they haven't made a mistake. So I think it's just normal. I think it does make me more relatable [to my fans]."

In other, more outrageous, Miley news...The UK press claims that the 15-year-old is eyeing a new movie role that will be a far cry from her innocent Hannah Montana gig. Word is, she wants to star in Undiscovered Gyrl, based on a new novel by Alyson Burnett, and insiders say the film will likely include some nudity. But Miley has already put the kibosh on that rumor. She told Ryan Seacrest that there's no way she'll be starring in such a provocative film. Said Miley, "I'm not even allowed to see R-rated moves."

In the most ridiculous story to come out of the Madonna/Alex Rodriguez mess, the UK's Daily Star claims that there's someone out there peddling a sex tape featuring the two famous names. The cameraman claims the video was shot with a hidden camera at an apartment owned by one of the pop star's Kabbalah friends. The duo allegedly used the pad for secret afternoon trysts. The unnamed man is now trying to get $2 million for the tape. The Star claims that Madonna's lawyers are "aware" of the video rumors but refused to comment on them.

CHRISTIAN BALE ACCUSED OF ASSAULT!

The Sun is reporting that Batman himself, Christian Bale, has been accused of assault - by his own family! Despite the charges against him, London police chose not to question the actor on Monday, the day of the London Dark Knight premiere, which he attended. Bale is alleged to have lashed out on Sunday night at London's Dorchester Hotel. His mother, Jenny, 61, and sister, Sharon, 40, went to a police station in Hampshire yesterday to lodge the allegation. The matter was referred to the Met Police. Detectives are expected to make attempts to question Bale today. A Met Police spokesman said: “We can confirm we have received allegation from another force in relation to an alleged incident in central London.” Did he hit his mom or his sister in some violent rage???? Was he drunk????

BATMAN WOULD NOT BE IMPRESSED

David Farnham of Utah left his 2 year old son in a movie theater parking lot so he could see a Saturday 1:00 am Dark Knight screening kid free. Other moviegoers saw the child crying in the car and called for help. When the police finally got the boy out of the car, the child was dehydrated and scared but in relatively good condition. "It was about 87 degrees. We had our fire department use and infrared thermometer and determined that the temperature at 2:00 in the morning was actually 87 degrees inside the car, and the windows were rolled up," said police spokesman.

COURT THROWS OUT FINE OVER JACKSON'S BOOB!

It's been over four years since Janet Jackson flashed her boob to the Super Bowl audience, and now the saga of her "wardrobe malfunction" is finally over. Yesterday a federal appeals court threw out a $550,000 indecency fine imposed on CBS by the FCC. The U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled that the FCC "acted arbitrarily and capriciously" in handing out the penalty. The court ruled that fining the network for a fleeting image of Jackson's breast went against the FCC's 30-year practice of only penalizing networks for nudity that was "pervasive as to amount to 'shock treatment' for the audience."

Nicole Kidman's kids have finally met their new sibling. According to In Touch, Connor and Isabella, the two children Kidman adopted with ex-husband Tom Cruise, met little Sunday Rose over the weekend at Keith Urban's Nashville home. Said a source, "The kids were thrilled to meet their new sister."

JESSICA'S UNWELCOME RECEPTION

Jessica Simpson performed at her first proper country show this past weekend and things did not go as she would have liked. When the wannabe country singer took to the stage at the Country Thunder Festival in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin, on Saturday night, she was greeted with a warm welcome of boos, reports the local paper. And, her reviews were less than stellar! "Many audience members found her attempt to crossover into country irritating and that her vocals lacked a southern sound," says one critic. Kenosha News reported a number of scathing reviews from audience members such as, "It's crap, she doesn't belong here," "She's not good enough to be here," and "She's an embarrassment to country music."

THE DARK KNIGHT SETS OPENING WEEKEND RECORD

The Dark Knight took in a record $155.34 million in its first weekend, topping Hollywood's previous best of $151.1 million, set by"Spider-Man 3 last summer. Factoring in higher admission prices, however, Spider-Man 3 may have sold slightly more tickets than The Dark Knight.... The Dark Knight also set the record for the most money brought in on opening day -- $67.85 million -- and for biggest IMAX debut.... And it set a box office record for a midnight showing, making $18.5 million at midnight on Friday, topping the $16.9 million made by the debut of 2005's Star Wars Episode III: The Revenge of the Sith.

CHINESE MAN SUES OVER KUNG FU PANDA

A Chinese performance artist is suing the makers of Kung Fu Pands for allegedly "insulting" his country's national symbol. Zhao Bandi has launched legal action against Dreamworks for apparently depicting the panda in a negative light and making a mockery of Chinese heritage. Bandi says Kung Fu Panda could be seen as offensive and now he's filed papers in Beijing, demanding an apology from the filmmakers. He says, "Designing the panda with green eyes is a conspiracy. A panda with green eyes has the feeling of evil. ... why is the panda's father a duck? ... Drawing the father of the giant panda as a duck is an insult to the Chinese people."

MORE CHARLIE SHEEN-DENISE RICHARDS DRAMA

The latest chapter in Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards’ custody saga had the actress in court on Thursday asking for an emergency order restricting Charlie’s access to their daughters, Sam, 4, and Lola, 3. At an emergency hearing, Richards claimed there were serious issues at the actor’s home that need to be evaluated before the children could visit. Charlie's people responded with: "It is very unfortunate that Denise Richards and her attorney are desperately trying to deprive Charlie his visitation of his children, obviously at the same time trying to create a media circus to help her reality show."

THE N-WORD COMES UP ON THE VIEW

Whoopi Goldberg and Elisabeth Hasselbeck got into it on The View Thursday. At issue: the N-word. Sherri Shepherd and Whoopi defended their use of the word, particularly in private. But they both said it's never OK for white people to say it. Elisabeth wondered why anyone should say it. She argued: "We don't live in different worlds." Whoopi shot back, "We DO live in different worlds. I'm sorry ...you have to understand, you have to listen to the fact that we're telling you there are issues, there are huge problems that still affect us," she said. Elisabeth replied, "... how are we supposed to then move forward if we keep using terms that bring back that pain?" In an online poll after the show, 86% of respondents agreed with Elisabeth, saying the N-word should never be uttered by anyone, ever.

The real estate market might be slumping, but not for Donald Trump, who sold his Palm Beach mansion for $100 million. His spokeswoman says $100 million is the most ever paid for an estate in the U.S. A Russian fertilizer billionaire purchased the roughly 60,000 square-foot oceanfront home, which Trump fixed up after buying it for about $41 million in 2004.

NBC DUMPING JAY LENO? NO, JAY LENO'S DUMPING NBC

Jay Leno says he's leaving NBC for good. NBC has said several times that even though Conan O'Brien is going to replace Leno as host of The Tonight Show next year, they were very interested in having him stay with the network to do... well, something else. Host another show, host specials, whatever. But now Leno tells USA Today that he's not interested in any of that and he's leaving NBC. He doesn't say that he's going to retire, he just says he's leaving NBC and that he'll get another job and be fine.

AMY POEHLER CONFIRMS RUMOR

The other day I mentioned that Amy Poehler had been offered the lead on The Office spinoff. On Thursday Poehler herself confirmed the rumor. She told the Associated Press, "I can kind of confirm that I will be working in some capacity on that show," but went on to say that "I don't really have any other details yet."

GREY'S ANATOMY CREATOR DEFENDS KATHERINE HEIGL

The powers that be behind ABC's Grey's Anatomy are using their full arsenal to defend Grey's star Katherine Heigl from reports that she wants to check out of Seattle Grace Hospital for good. In a statement to OK! on Thursday, Grey's executive producer and creator Shonda Rhimes explained Heigl's minimal storyline last season, saying, "The second half of the season, Katherine personally asked me to write her light so she could concentrate on her movie." Rhimes said she did not take Heigl's comments about not having enough storyline to be considered for an Emmy personally.

HIS NAME SAYS IT ALL...DICK ARRESTED!

Comedian Andy Dick was arrested in California early yesterday morning and charged with felony possession of narcotics, misdemeanor possession of marijuana and misdemeanor sexual battery. Cops were called to the Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta, CA, to investigate a "drunk male urinating outside the bar and causing a disturbance." Witnesses say that as Dick was leaving the restaurant, he walked up to a 17-year-old girl, grabbed her tank top and bra and pulled them down to expose her breasts. He then got on to a truck, which was stopped by arriving officers. After a curbside line up, in which the victim and witnesses identified Dick, cops performed a search of the comedian and found marijuana and Xanax. Officers say he was "extremely intoxicated at the time of his arrest." Dick was taken to Riverside County jail where he was released on $5,000 bail.

LONGORIA EXPLAINS NEW LOOK!

Eva Longoria recently chopped off her long locks and now we know why. According to her rep, the actress changed her look for Desperate Housewives. This season, her glamorous character Gabrielle will be an overworked housewife with kids. "She's making herself look like that as her character has let herself go," said the rep. "Gabrielle has gained weight and cut her hair. She's a worn out mother of two kids." The rep claims Eva has put on a few pounds, but judging from this picture it's not much. The rep adds, "She's also wearing butt pads and a stomach pad to play the part."

IT IS A TUMOR!

Rumors began circulating last week that Grey's Anatomy creator Shonda Rhimes was considering killing off Katherine Heigl's character Izzie Stevens. Rhimes and the show's other writers are apparently peeved that Heigl snubbed them when she withdrew her name from Emmy consideration. Well, US Weekly claims that Rhimes has already figured out how to get rid of her. According to a source, Izzie is going to have a brain tumor this season. On a positive note for fans, the show will use the tumor as an excuse to bring back Jeffrey Dean Morgan's character Denny Duquette. While Denny is dead, Izzie will begin seeing him in visions brought on by the tumor.

K-FED BOOTED FROM BLONDE!

Well, it appears that Kevin Federline will not be making his Broadway debut. The ex- Mr. Britney Spears was supposed to join the cast of Legally Blonde in September, but Star magazine reports that he's been fired from the gig. "The producers gave Kevin his walking papers," an insider tells the tab. "Kevin was acting like a Broadway diva, and he hasn't even stepped onto the stage yet."

POEHLER OFFICE BOUND?

Saturday Night Live may be losing another funny lady. According to the Hollywood Reporter, Weekend Update anchor Amy Poehler is in talks to star in NBC's spin-off of The Office. So far, details of the show's plot are being kept under wraps. But EW.com reports that NBC has actually decided to scrub the idea of an Office spin-off and instead, executive producer Greg Daniels will write a completely different series for Poehler. Either way, ff the deal closes, Poehler, who is expecting her first child in the fall, will likely leave the NBC variety show.

FX NIPS ‘TUCK’ AFTER ONE MORE SEASON

"Nip/Tuck" will come to an end after the plastic surgery drama's sixth season wraps in early 2011, cable channel FX said Tuesday. The network said serialized dramas, such as "Nip/Tuck," have a much different storytelling model than nonserialized shows such as "Law & Order" or "CSI." "If you tried to do 150 episodes of 'The Sopranos,' you would begin to diminish the quality of those shows," FX president/GM John Landgraf said during the network's presentation at the Television Critics Assn. press tour in Beverly Hills.

MILEY WANTS SEX, WITHOUT THE SEX!

Miley Cyrus is thinking about her future beyond Hannah Montana. "I'd love to do a younger, cleaner version of Sex and the City,” Miley Cyrus, 15, tells TV Guide. And while Miley has come under fire for racy photos that have hit the internet, she still swears she's a wholesome girl, and vows to remain a virgin. "I like to think of myself as the girl that no one can get, that no one can keep in their hand," she explains. "Even at my age, a lot of girls are starting to fall and I think if [abstaining] is a commitment girls make, that’s great.”

ANOTHER REASON FOR GIRLS TO HATE MEGAN FOX!

Many men may think Megan Fox is perfect, but apparently the producers of Transformers 2 had an issue with her look. She told Fox News that she has to gain 10 pounds before she begins shooting the film. Explains Megan, "I should have toned up for Transformers but I’m really lazy. I had to put on weight. I’d lost a lot of weight and got really scrawny, but I was told I had to put on size for Transformers because Michael (Bay, the director] doesn’t like skinny girls." As for how she plans to gain the weight, Megan says, "I don't eat very healthy anyway. I have a serious sugar tooth, so now I eat red-velvet cake before I go to bed every night, and if you eat meals later, you'll put on weight faster, so I had dinner at 10 p.m."

AL REYNOLDS TALKS ABOUT FAILED MARRIAGE!

Al Reynolds is speaking out for the first time since the announcement that he and wife Star Jones were ending their marriage. In an interview posted yesterday on YouTube, Reynolds explains that he's still "very sad" about split, adding, "I still wear my ring. It hasn't settled in yet." He claims to still be in love with his estranged wife, explaining that their wedding was, "the most exciting day of my life." As for the constant rumors of his sexual preference, Al explained, "I am not a homosexual ... We've got to separate the gossip from the facts and that's why I'm doing this interview." Finally, he admits that he and Star are no longer on speaking terms. He says, "Our relationship is a little tender and hopefully over time we can heal a lot of that, and we can become friends again.”

Entertainment Weekly is reporting that the 10th episode of the upcoming 2008-2009 season of CSI will be the last for William Petersen as a full-time series regular. He will remain throughout the run of the series an executive producer. And he will, whenever CBS asks, come back.

NICOLE & KEITH TURN DOWN OFFER FOR BABY PICS!

As the world waits to find out which magazine will nab the rights to pictures of Brangelina's twins, one baby we may not be seeing on the pages of a celebrity weekly is Sunday Rose Kidman Urban. According to The Sydney Morning Herald, parents Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have rejected a multi-million dollar offer for their daughter's first photos. "They don't think it's appropriate to make deals," said a source. "They are still deciding how they feel about (it) - if and when they will release the photo at all. But they realize the enormous interest from the public and they are grateful and appreciative of that." The source claims that if they decide to release a photo, they'll do it for free.

J.LO & MARC: BOSSES FROM HELL!

Although Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony claim they plan to raise their twins without a nanny, they're not doing it by choice. According to The National Enquirer, the couple has had a hard time keeping employees, with two nannies already quitting. "Jennifer expects one nanny not only to take care of both twins, but to work 16-hour days, seven days a week," said a source. The insider claims the first nanny got so fed up with the grueling schedule, she left after one week. The next one lasted longer, but eventually got worn out by J.Lo's demands. Well there's at least one thing J.Lo's nannies don't have to deal with - laundry. According to sources, Lopez insists on dressing her twins in a new designer outfit every day. Recently, J.Lo was asked to donate a gown for a charity auction, and along with the dress, she offered some of Max and Emme's clothes. She told organizers that "she never lets them wear repeat outfits." Unfortunately, the charity had to decline, because the auction only dealt with adult items.

With all the bad press Madonna's getting, it's important to remember she's a very charitable person. Well, as long as that charity is associated with Kabbalah. In 1998, Madonna founded the non-profit Ray of Light foundation, which was created to help benefit health charities, as well as music and kid-related organizations, but according to her recent IRS filings, since 2001, over $5.1 million of Madge's money has gone to organizations associated with the controversial religion. Between 1998 and 2000, Madge donated over $260,000 to various organizations, like the T.J. Martell Cancer and Leukemia Foundation and the Helen Keller Services for the Blind. Then in 2001, she donated $1.24 million to Kabbalah. The next year, the foundation shelled out $2.1 million to charities, with over $1.9 million of that money going to Kabbalah.

C-Rod to A-Rod: So, Did You Wiretap Me?

Cynthia Rodriguez wants to know everything about A-Rod's finances, and also if he's into wiretapping and putting private detectives on her. In court documents filed in Miami last week, C-Rod is demanding Alex produce documents about all things financial -- tax returns, banking info, loan applications, stock info, wills and life insurance. Now here's the juicy part. Cynthia wants "Any reports you have received from a detective, investigator or any other person based upon surveillance of your spouse." And, she wants "all tape recordings and other evidence prepared from tape recordings made in connection with any wiretapping or other electronic surveillance conducted by you or others on your behalf." She also wants "all electronic evidence ... contained in all computers to which you have access" over the last three years. The demand includes iPhones, Sidekicks and BlackBerries.

New pictures of Miley Cyrus have hit the Internet, after a hacker reportedly broke into her email and took them. The tween star is currently taking a break from the filming of “Hannah Montana: The Movie” (to be released in May 2009), and has been spending time in southern California. It is uncertain whether a hacker really did break into her email, but the pictures have been making their way around the Internet. The new photos are less risqué than previous shots that hit the Internet. The new photos include the star taking a shower with her t-shirt on. Another picture shows her pulling up her t-shirt exposing her stomach.

In other news…Miley Cyrus is using her money to improve her looks. The Mail speculates that the Hannah Montana star has spent some of her $500 million fortune on her teeth, after she was photographed with what looked like veneers.

IT'S A BOY AND A GIRL FOR BRANGELINA!

In yet another instance of the tabloids getting it wrong...After months of rumors that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt were expecting twin girls, Angelina gave birth Saturday to a boy and a girl. Knox Leon, who weighed just over five pounds, and Vivienne Marcheline, who weighed five on the dot, were delivered via C-section at around 8 pm. Brad was at Angelina's side during the delivery. "Everything is going well," said Dr. Michel Sussmann, who delivered the babies at Lenval hospital in Nice, France. "The mother, the babies, the father are doing marvelously well." Angelina is expected to stay at the hospital a few more days. Last week, tabloids claimed that Angelina was to give birth Tuesday, but Dr. Sussmann said the delivery was moved up for "medical reasons." Knox and Vivienne bring the Brangelina brood to six. The oldest, Maddox is 6 followed by Pax, 4, Zahara, 3, and Shiloh, 2.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's new twins are barely days old but already their first photos are already worth a fortune. Exactly how much the first photos will be sold for is not clear, but gossip magazine industry experts think the amount could hit $15 million to $20 million, or $7.5 million to $10 million per baby.

BRINKLEY & COOK REACH A SETTLEMENT!

The Christie Brinkley divorce saga is finally over. After an all night negotiation, Brinkley and hubby Peter Cook reached a settlement at around 6:15 am yesterday morning. The agreement gives Brinkley sole custody of the pair's children, Jack 13, and Sailor 10, with Cook getting "parenting time" with the kids. As for monetary issues, Brinkley will pay Cook $2.1 million, but she'll get to keep 18 properties in the Hamptons that were in dispute. "I'm very pleased with the results today," said Brinkley at a press conference. "I've won custody and decision making." She added, "I'm really glad that we found some peace. It's a very bittersweet moment. It really is the death of the marriage."

MADGE HAS A THING FOR BASEBALL PLAYERS!

Alex Rodriguez isn't the only baseball player dragging Madonna's name through the mud. Former slugger Jose Canseco tells US Weekly that back in the early 90s, Madonna tried to seduce him, even though, like A-Rod, he was a married man. "She wanted to get married and have a child with me — she wanted a Cuban child," he tells the mag. "We went downstairs [at her house in the Hollywood Hills] and she came over and said, 'What would you do if I kissed you?' and then sat on my lap and kissed me." He claims that she even offered to support him if he left his wife. Said Canseco, "She said, 'I have lots of money. Don't worry about that.'"

ANGELINA A GRUMPY MOM-TO-BE!

In Touch Weekly is reporting that Angelina Jolie is not happy being holed up in a French hospital. According to sources at Lenval hospital in Nice, the actress has been getting increasingly grumpy with the staff. "She's starting to feel that the staff are starstruck and not attentive enough," said a source. "She's throwing fits if she rings and they don't come quick enough." Sources claim she's even demanded food that's not on the hospital menu. "The food at Lenval isn't very good - it's hospital food - and I think she's fed up," said a source. "I think she's in meltdown mode." But all of her worries will soon be over. Sources say Angelina's scheduled to have a C-section on Tuesday.

PARADE'S POP CULTURE POLL!

Parade.com has conducted its annual Summer Pop Culture Poll and the results are somewhat surprising. While Oprah Winfrey may think she's everybody's favorite talk show host, she actually landed in third, beaten handily by both Ellen DeGeneres, who had 40% of the vote, and Tyra Banks, who had 39%. (Oprah had only 11%.) Tyra was also voted the hardest working (wo)man in showbiz, with Ryan Seacrest coming in second. Other results include: Simon Cowell was voted the most obnoxious celebrity on TV; Nicole Richie is the celebrity with the most improved reputation; Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer were named Hollywood's must unlikely couple; Halle Berry is the hottest new mom; Will Smith is the favorite celebrity dad; Brad Pitt won best looking male celebrity, while his baby mama Angelina Jole was the best looking female; Will and Jada Pinkett Smith were named the cutest couple and 55% of Americans say they would vote for Daily Show host Jon Stewart for President over Barack Obama.

Larry The Cable Guy's Christmas Special

Larry the Cable Guy will host a one-hour CMT holiday special titled Larry The Cable Guy's Star Studded Christmas Extravaganza, to be taped July 30 at Nashville's Tennessee Performing Arts Center. The special will air November 25 on CMT, with a DVD to be released after the premiere. Guest stars including Toby Keith will be featured in the comedy and sketches, and the special will include musical performances from Montgomery Gentry, among others. Larry shares, "We had so much fun last year trying to recreate one of those old Christmas specials from the 70's, we thought we'd try doing it every year. Lucky for us, CMT liked it too."

BRANGIE BABY PICS COST MORE THAN JUST MONEY!

Meanwhile, TMZ claims that Angelina and partner Brad Pitt are planning to sell the first photos of the twins to a magazine, but whatever mag nabs them must also agree to never use the term "Brangelina" again. Word is, bidding has now reached a whopping $16 million.

Matthew McConaughey's baby Levi is only a few days old but already he's in the money. TMZ reports that OK! magazine has shelled out over $3 million for the first pictures of Matthew's son with girlfriend Camila Alves. The payout allegedly includes shots of the baby's first Christmas as well. Wanna bet Levi's shirtless in his first photos?

DENISE FORCED TO MOVE?

Expect to see Denise Richards packing moving boxes on a future episode of her E! reality show. Star magazine reports that the "actress" has been forced to put her Hidden Hills, California, home on the market because her neighbors are upset that she's shooting her reality show there. The locals have reportedly complained to officials about the camera crews that are constantly going in and out of the $4 million estate. They are also said to be upset over Richards' animals, which reportedly include 14 dogs. Said one neighbor, "This is a gated community, not a zoo."
