Who is Charmin Underhill? She’s a mother of two beautiful girls, ages 15 and 11. The girls are the apple of her eye and she’d do anything in the world to help and support them in becoming confident, talented young women in the community.

In December of 2006, Charmin was diagnosed with breast cancer. At first it sounded like just a small surgical procedure would take care of the problem. However, after the initial surgery it was discovered that the cancer had spread throughout the breast and more dramatic measures needed to be taken.

Gratefully, Charmin recovered and had breast reconstruction and lived cancer-free for two years.

Now when life should be improving, Charmin’s been given yet another hurdle to overcome. The cancer is back and has spread to numerous parts of the body including a tumor in the brain. The doctors said that in years past prior to our modern-day developments, a person in Charmin’s condition would only have 6 months-a year to live. However with modern technology, her time has been extended to years.
