Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties - Request For Toys

Early Registration Date and Time:
November 13th through November 15th, 2009 8:00am to 6:00 pm
Late Registration Date and time:
November 20th through November 22nd, 2009 8:00 am to 6:00 pm

1. Toy registration and distribution will be conducted at 7149 W. Colonial Dr. Orlando, Florida 32818.
2. This is the only authorized registration and distribution center in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties.
3. Toy registration must be done in person by the parent or legal guardian.
4. Parent or legal guardian must bring the following items to registration:
Each child's birth certificate and social security card.
Parent or legal guardian social security card and picture identification
Proof of residency in Orange, Osceola, or Seminole counties (i.e. water bill, property tax)
Proof of public assistance (i.e. WIC, Welfare, ect.)
5. Boys and girls, between the ages of 0 and 15 are eligible for toys.

Distribution
Orange, Osceola and Seminole Counties December 17th through December 20th, 2009
1. Parent or legal guardian must bring picture identification to distribution
