Requirements:

• Any persons under the age of 16 will be considered a child participant. A fishing license is required for participants 16 years and older.
• Must complete and return the registration form with cash or check payable to K92FM in the amount specified per your selected fishing division.
• All participants who will be launching their boat from East Lake Fish Camp must pay an additional $5 boat fee. Fee will be collected at time of check-in. Cash only.
• All entries are non-refundable.
• Print form. Complete all sections. Mail or drop form and cash to K92FM Studios.
