K92FM FishFest Rules & Regulations
November 21, 2009 - Tournament Headquarters: East Lake Fish Camp, Kissimmee

1. Tournament will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2009. The tournament will be held on East Lake Toho, Boggy Creek and Lake AJ. This is a one-day tournament. In case of un-fishable weather, the tournament will be called and prize money will be given away through random drawings of legally registered participants. All participants must be present prior to the start of awards ceremony to be eligible to win prizes. The awards ceremony will start immediately after weigh in closes and results are tabulated. Prize money awarded for first place will be based on the number of entries.

2. Tournament is open to ALL Freshwater-fishing enthusiasts. Recreation bag limits apply. All participants are responsible for meeting all Federal and State regulations on size minimums and bag limits on all species. All fish entered in the tournament must be caught on hook and line on the day of the tournament, after 6am, on the Kissimmee chains as defined above.

3. Participants can and are encouraged to pre-register. Registration forms are available at K92FM.com, the K92FM studios and East Lake Fish Camp. Registration will also be allowed onsite the day of the event, November 21, 2009.

4. Pre-registration: Completed registration form(s) and payment (cash, check only) must be received by K92FM located at 4192 John Young Parkway Orlando, FL 32804 studios by Friday, November 20 at 12pm. Once registration form and payment have been received you will receive an email confirmation. You must present this email at time of check-in or weigh-in. Pre-registration will allow participants to launch his/her boat elsewhere on East Lake Tahoe other than the East Lake Fish Camp headquarters.

5. Entry fees by category:
a. Individual Adult-$10.00
b. Individual Child-FREE
c. Team-Parent/Child-$15.00
A child is considered any persons less than 16 years of age, the highest age limit that does not require a freshwater fishing license to participate, according to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.

6. There are 3 categories for fish that will allow you to be eligible for a prize:
a. Bass-large mouth
b. Pan fish (bream family, shellcracker, speckled perch or black crappie)
c. Cat fish-any fish in the Cat fish family will be accepted.

7. If you choose to launch your boat from East Lake Fish Camp, there will be an additional $5 boat fee that will be collected upon check-in. Cash only.

8. As long as you pre-register, you may launch from anywhere on the Kissimmee chain and are back by weigh in at 12p on November 21at East Lake Fish Camp.

9. No lines in the water prior to 6:00am. (Catching bait prior to 6:00am is allowable.)

10. Weigh in will begin at 12:00pm. (If you do not have a fish to weigh in you do not need to check in.) All fish to be entered must be brought to East Lake Fish Camp and IN LINE before 12:00pm to be eligible. The ________ at East Lake Fish Camp is the designated drop off. Fish will only be accepted from this point for weigh-in; a crew member must carry fish to scale.

11. K92FM, East Lake Fish Camp and Lakeland Bassmasters reserves the right to test for freshness any suspect fish submitted for weigh-in. All decisions of K92FM, East Lake Fish Camp and the Lakeland Bassmasters are final and cannot be challenged.

12. All anglers are responsible for their own safety and determining if the tournament will take place as specified before they depart.

13. All baits, both live and artificial are allowed for this event.

14. Winners of each designated category for lake fishing will be determined solely by weight. One and only one fish may be weighed during the official weigh in.

15. In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a random draw.

16. All participants presenting entries for prize consideration agree to consent to a lie detector test if so requested by the tournament committee. All fish weighed will be marked, notched upon reaching the scale and time of weigh in noted.

17. There will be no minimum weigh-ins per fishing category. The heaviest fish for Individual Adult and Individual Child: 11-15 will determine the winner.

18. All participants in the tournament enter at their own risk. K92FM, Kissimmee CVB and/or all of its officials and members, Lakeland Bassmasters and East Lake Fish Camp as well as all tournament sponsors shall be exempt from any liability for loss, damage, negligence, harm or injury suffered by any participants, entrants, boat captains, crew members, vessels, equipment or property which may occur during the tournament.

19. Anglers are cautioned to allow sufficient time to proceed from the Harbor to the weigh-in station at idle speed. Violations will result in disqualification.

20. In the event a participant fails to make the 12pm IN LINE deadline for any reason, it will be considered disqualified from the tournament.

Pond Fishing:
Pond fishing will be limited to children participants. Children will fall under 3 fishing categories. Six (6) & under, 7-10 yrs, 11-15 yrs. All participants in the 6 & under and the 7-10 yr category who will have caught a fish in the 9AM, 10AM, and 11AM hours, no matter what the weight, will be eligible and placed in a random drawing for the prize(s) of the hour.

For the 11-15 yr category, the winner will be determined by the heaviest fish. Weigh-in for this category will be at 12p.

Team Parent/Child Fishing
All participants in the team parent/child category who will have caught a fish will be eligible for the grand prize: half day fishing with Terry Seagraves on his boat. This winner will be determined at random from all participants in this category.

A prize will also be awarded to the team with the heaviest fish.

Requisite qualifications for Prize Award:
• Fish must be caught by an official entrant (who must be an eligible contestant) in the Fishing Tournament during the Promotion dates and times, on the Kissimmee Chain.
• In case of a tie, winners will be determined through a random draw.
• All prize winners agree to consent to a lie detector test if so requested by the Tournament committee.
