The school bus driver was wrong to stop the bus on the tracks. Legally, all he had to do was 1- to pull over and wait till everyone was quiet.2- return to the school, request the principal to remove the offenders,have the parents come &p/up their brats, and continue on his way. 20 day suspension was very generous of his superiors. He should have been fired for putting the kids in a harmful situation.
