I do understand the issue of shoplifting. Isn’t that why they give you the little door hanger with the number of items that you are taking in with you? Although I’m sure that the workers are not paying much attention and counting them when you come out. It is not uncommon to see empty hangers or packages in the dressing rooms. I have also seen the crotch “protectors” from bathing suites on the floor or stuck to the wall and wonder if someone had walked out of there with it under their clothes. <br> <br> I don’t believe that men have as much to worry about. They don’t usually have an occasion to become totally naked. As a woman, I am totally offended by having cameras in the dressing room. If I am shopping for a blouse, I sometimes go to the dressing room and try them on. BUT, Do you think that I’m going to try on bras and bathing suites with someone watching me? I have heard about the “peepers” and cameras in dressing rooms. That’s why it gives me the creeps to go in them. I also think that’s why there are so many returns to stores. You buy the clothes without trying them on and if they don’t fit or you don’t like the way they look, you return them. It’s a pain and takes up a lot of your time. I hate shopping for clothes!
