The pre-sale code on our website is valid. I think what you are probably<br> referring to is the message that says " Sorry, no exact matches were<br> found, but other tickets may still be available."<br> <br> If you get to the security check part where you have to enter the<br> words..that means the code worked. If the code was incorrect you would<br> get a message that says "The password you entered is not in our system.<br> Please try again."<br> <br> Our best guess would be is that there is an overwhelming response to the<br> presale which is slowing the Ticketmaster website system down. This<br> would be a problem that should be addressed to Ticketmaster.<br> <br> We have nothing to do with the Ticketmaster website itself, we just<br> wanted to provide the pre-sale code to our listeners.<br> <br> Sorry for your troubles, but I would just keep trying until you can get<br> in!
