Again, this time I took Sara's link and went to biography.com. She is correct that Obama's father was born in Kenya; however, no one was disputing that. The Arab ancestry that I believe the caller was referring to comes from Obama's paternal grandparents. There are also references to it in Washington Post and Chicago Tribune articles, where early on they documented that Obama's autobiography had inaccuracies in it. As for snopes.com, snopes actually uses Obama's books as a source to confirm or refute statements -- not exactly an unbiased source but still they had nothing on the paternal ancestry. It has also been noted by users of Ancestry.com that information confirming Obama's ancestry has since been removed. In addition, at least one website that had used anti-Semite comments spoken by Sen. Obama to the author personally was taken down several months ago for "renovation" and has still not come back up. Obviously, Sen. Obama's Fight The Smears campaign transcends just the lies.
