I'm concerned about all of the banks going under. I know that the government backs up until a certain amount of money, but when a bank goes under do yall know logistically what happens next? Does the government receive their records and mail each customer a check for what they had at the bank? Does the gov't keep the bank open for people to come and withdrawal their money? How does it work, and do I need to keep cash at my house just in case my bank closes too?
