Do I need an appointment when I bring my vehicle in for service?
It is recommended that any service (apart from emergencies) be scheduled using our reservation process. We have Service Coordinators available Monday – Friday 7:30am to 6:30pm and Saturdays 7:30am to 5:00pm via phone 407-645-0002. For your convenience you can also request a reservation 24/7 by visiting us online .

What do I bring?

• Current valid driver’s license
• Proof of insurance
• Your extended warranty contract (if applicable)

Where do I go when I arrive for my reservation?
Our Service Concierge, located on the service drive between the Sales and Service buildings, will check you in and advise your Service Advisor of your arrival, In the event that the Service Concierge is not available, please see our Service Cashier.

Do you have a Courtesy shuttle?
Yes, our courtesy shuttle operates in the greater Orlando area and is available Monday through Saturday between the hours of 8:00am until 5:00pm. Please speak with your Service Coordinator to make the necessary arrangements.

How does the Roadside Assistance Program work?
The Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance Program is available to all Mercedes-Benz owner/drivers for the life of the vehicle regardless of age or mileage. Services provided free of charge includes battery jump start, change of a flat tire onto your good spare, and providing some fuel. Mercedes-Benz roadside can be reached 24/7/365 at 1-800-FOR-MERC. In most instances, a factory trained technician from a local Mercedes-Benz dealership will be dispatched in the event that you need roadside assistance.

Will my vehicle be washed after the service work is completed?
Yes, after your vehicle is completed in the Service Department we will perform a complimentary car wash and vacuum the interior.

Where do I bring my vehicle if I have been involved in an accident?
Courtesy Collision Center, located at 690 N. Highway 17-92 in Longwood, is an authorized Mercedes-Benz collision center. Call 407-767-1690 for a free estimate or to schedule a repair.

Does your Service Department offer any additional services such as window tinting or detailing?
