1. No purchase necessary. Contest is open to all legal Florida residents 18 years of age or older. Everyone who plays is subject to official rules as stated. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Void where prohibited.

2. How to play: K92FM (WWKA, 92.3FM) will announce the name of a listener weekdays at approximately 7:15am, 10:15am, 2:15pm, and 4:15pm. The listener will have 10 minutes to call 407-424-9236 or 1-800-749-9292 to claim their $1,000. The listener must be able to confirm their phone number, home address, and city.

3. Contest begins on Thursday, October 2, 2008 and ends Friday, November 14, 2008. Contest runs Monday to Friday only. K92FM accepts no responsibility for failure to complete a call to the designated contest numbers because of busy signals, failure of phone lines, or any other reason beyond the control of K92FM.

4. Odds of winning are based on the number of people in the contest on any given occasion.

5. K92FM (WWKA, 92.3FM) can collect names from a variety of sources including and not limited to the phone book, online databases, etc.

6. Prizes will be ready for pick-up from our studios ten (10) business days after winning. Winners will be contacted by the K92FM promotions department when their check is ready to be picked up. Winners can claim their prize in person Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm at the K92FM studios located at 4192 John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL, 32804. Prizes must be claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. Note: Office may be closed due to official holidays. Winner must submit valid photo ID to claim prize.

7. Restrictions: One winner per household for the duration of the contest. Employees of Americalist, Cox Enterprises, Inc., and any participating sponsor/s and their respective advertising agencies and subsidiaries and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter and win.

8. Prize is non-transferable and no substitute prize or cash equivalent will be awarded. All decisions of the sponsors are final. Entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade and publicity purposes without prior approval and without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Additionally, by participating in the K92FM $92,000 Name Game contest and accepting prize, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and decisions of the sponsors.

9. K92FM reserves the right to alter the rules, methods of entry, cash prizes, methods to win, or end date of contest at any time during the contest, and such changes will be posted at K92FM.com and available at the K92FM studios during regular business hours. K92FM reserves the right to suspend the contest in case of weather emergency, national emergency, natural disaster, or other circumstances beyond the radio station’s control. K92FM reserves the right to postponed contest occasions in case of Emergency Alert System announcements, during technical difficulties that might cause the station to be off air, or at times when the station is obligated to broadcast critical information concerning the safety of listeners. In case of postponement, a contest occasion will immediately follow the cause of the postponement.
