Keith Urban is resting up, to begin the second US leg of his "Alive in '05" tour on November third in Cleveland. He's just finished a string of European dates that at first seemed like they might not happen. Just two days before setting out for the European leg, Urban was put on temporary vocal rest for a hemorrhage on his vocal fold, which forced him to cancel the last night on the first leg of his US tour. After the rest, Urban's doctor cleared him for travel, and a London doctor cleared him to continue his tour. Urban performed nine shows in just eleven days, ranging from London to Munich, Germany.
