He holds the title of Entertainer of the Year so who better than Keith Urban to perform at the reception to Country music's wedding of the year. While there had been rumours of a big-name singer being flown in to entertain the guests at the lavish function, it seems no one would be able to top Urban - particularly in the eyes of his bride Nicole Kidman. Confidential understands that not only is he planning to serenade his wife with a tune or two, he has taken charge of the entertainment and is keeping his plans secret. Even Kidman is said not to know exactly what he has organised for their big day.

Urban has a few love songs under his belt to choose from but is tipped to have chosen something off his latest album Be Here. Apparently the love song and one of Urban's biggest hits Making Memories of Us, written by Rodney Crowell as a Valentine's message for his wife, captures Urban's feelings for Kidman. The chorus to the song goes: "And I'm gonna love you like nobody loves you; And I'll earn your trust making memories of us; I'm gonna love you like nobody loves you; And I'll win your trust making memories of us."

Another song on the album, You're My Better Half is also a hot tip for Urban to sing to his bride, with lyrics like this: "It's the sweet love that you give to me; That makes me believe we can make it through anything; 'Cause when it all comes down; And I'm feeling like I'll never last; I just lean on you 'cause baby; You're my better half."

Urban's good mates, American country duo Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn, are on the guest list but are not expected to pick up their guitars on the night. From Sydney Confidential June 23, 2006
