Tim & Faith Out On The TownThe Nashville Branch of the Recording Academy handed out honors last week. Five stars were recognized for what they have done on and off the stage. Singers and Songwriters were paying tribute to their own. Alison Krauss was just one star singled out for a Recording Academy Honor. "It really focuses on honoring music people in their own community who make great contributors, not only locally, but to the world," said Neil Portnow from the Recording Acadmy. Tim McGraw's work with the Red Cross is one reason he's being recognized. "I live with him, and he still ceases to amaze me, his ability to dream and his ability to go deeper than what he already has gone. He doesn't ever see his accomplishments, his achievements, it's very inspiring," said Faith Hill.
