Tim McGraw is set to make a big announcement early January about his plans for the new year--plans that include new albums, a new tour, a new TV special, the movie release, and the launch of his own record label.

The new record label will not be the same scenario as Toby Keith exiting UMG/DreamWorks to start his own imprint. Tim will continue with Curb for his studio work. But, there are hints that his label's first project will be the release a soundtrack CD for the "My Friend Flicka" movie.

The first single from Tim's next studio album will probably come early first quarter next year, followed by tour plans that may include a co-tour with wife Faith Hill. GACTV.com
