TRACE ADKINS CELEBRATES SECOND PLATINUM ALBUM IN A YEAR 02/28/06 – Trace Adkins has finally been able to slow down long enough to celebrate with friends and family the Platinum certification of Songs About Me - the second album in the span of 11 months to be certified Platinum. The Recording Industry Association of America certified Songs About Me Platinum in December 2005, just 11 months after his album "Comin' On Strong" was certified Platinum in January 2005.
