Montgomery Gentry are trying to catch their breath and a few hours of sleep after their late night album release performance in their hometown of Lexington, KY. Braving the threat of thunderstorms close to 10,000 fans converged on the Lexington Green Mall parking lot hours before the scheduled show time of the free and open to the public concert. At one point the sky opened and a down-pour of rain soaked the crowd - but they didn't let that dampen their spirits. In fact they got even more fired up as they spontaneously started to chant "Hell Yeah" over and over again. The duo performed a number of their biggest hits and music from their new album, YOU DO YOUR THING. After the show they signed autographs for fans who had purchased the album at the adjacent record store. The autograph line stretched the length of the mall and when all was said and done Eddie and Troy had signed almost 1,000 copies of YOU DO YOUR THING - finishing at approximately 2:00AM.
