Trick Pony's Heidi Newfield and NFL sports agent Bill Johnson tied the knot on Sunday June 6 at a seaside ceremony in Destin, FL. The bride wore an original Anne Barge bias column gown of four ply silk crepe with a v-neck complete with hand embroidery, beaded bodice and a godet sweep train. Country artist Billy Dean performed a song he composed especially for the couple in honor of their union. Guests in attendance included country legend Mel Tillis, NFL Pro-Bowl performers Keith Brooking, Brian Urlacher and Marcus Stroud along with New Orleans Saints' Charles Grant and Jon Stinchcom and the Atlanta Falcons' Rod Coleman. There were two special bridesmaids included in the ceremony, Trick Pony bandmates Ira Dean and Keith Burns. At the last minute the boys opted to wear formal tuxes instead of their planned matching gowns.
