Tim McGraw has a small role in the upcoming Peter Berg-helmed film The Kingdom. Berg directed Tim in Friday Night Lights and wanted him to be in the new flick. And it wasn't just because he thinks Tim is talented. Peter also just wanted to hang out with a friend. "I just love Tim, ya know, love what he did in Friday Night Lights and I wanted him to be a part of the film. He was on tour, so that was the only thing he could do. Just love working with certain people. Ya know, it's fun to work with people, ya know, and we get busy and don't get to see each other that often and so suddenly we have three or four days to hang out together - it's great." In the film, Tim plays"Aaron Jackson," an oil worker employed by the Western Compound in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, whose wife is killed when a terrorist bomb explodes there. The Kingdom also stars Jamie Foxx and Jennifer Garner and it will be in theaters today.
