MILEY CYRUS' had quite a 15th birthday party according to People magazine. Her mother put together an 80s-themed surprise party on November 21st, two days before her actual birthday. Miley says every one of her friends all the way back to the second grade was there. But her favorite guest was her own dad, BILLY RAY CYRUS, who turned up wearing a blonde mullet wig. She says she can't wait for Hanna Montana to go back into production because she really likes being with her dad 24/7. Miley says she's taught her dad how to use internet chat and video to keep in touch. But her parents keep everything in check. She has to be in bed by a certain time and she still gets grounded.
