World's Largest Baby Shower!
Oprah Winfrey doesn't throw baby showers in any less grand a manner than she does anything else. That's why yesterday's show featured Kenny Chesney and Martina McBride, and 640 pregnant women, all due within the next three months, taped at Fort Campbell in Kentucky. The Tennessee Titans cheerleaders pass out gifts including bottles, booties and blankets, chic diaper bags, nursing bras and brand-new strollers. Winfrey says having a mass baby shower for the wives of servicemen is her way of honoring their sacrifice, and "saying thank you for making our lives safer." Singing her number one hit, "In My Daughter's Eyes," was mommy of two girls, Martina McBride! Oprah told all the mommies to hold onto their bellies when they announced Kenny Chesney! Kenny sang "There Goes My Life."
