Sara Evans performs at the Black Tie and Boots Inaugural Ball in Washington, January 19, 2005. President Bush spent last night at a boot-scootin' bash with some fellow Texans. Neal McCoy opened the Black-Tie-and-Boots Ball with a rock-and-roll song: "The Boys are Back in Town." After he switched to country, the dance floor quickly filled with boot-wearing ball-goers. Other acts for the night included Asleep at the Wheel, Lyle Lovett, Robert Earl Keen, Gary P. Nunn and classical pianist Van Cliburn, another Texan.
