SHeDAISY PULLS A GEORGE BUSH...LANDING ON CARRIER
Now, President Bush has nothing on SHeDAISY, who landed on an aircraft carrier last week. The trio was aboard a C-2A Greyhound turboprop plane that made a tail-hook landing aboard the USS Ronald Reagan, the United States Navy's newest and most technologically advanced aircraft carrier. The girls then performed for more than 3,000 sailors, taking the ship to its homeport at the Naval Air Station North Island in San Diego. At the request of officials from the United States Navy, SHeDAISY remained aboard the carrier until it docked Friday morning, to sing the National Anthem at one of the country's largest ever homecoming ceremonies. SHeDAISY's "Come Home Soon" the newest release, is at #36 on the Billboard Country Singles Chart and is climbing rapidly. It was co-written by SHeDAISY member Kristyn Osborn, who also co-wrote the songs on Sweet Right Here. Click here hear the story behind the song. Sweet Right Here is the group's highest debuting album to date -- #2 on Billboard's Top Country Album Chart and has already produced a Top 10 hit with "Passenger Seat."
