Slideshow of Carrie Underwood on SNL
Carrie Underwood was the musical guest on last weekend's "Saturday Night Live." It was significant for several reasons, including it being her second time as a guest on the NBC show within a year. It was also the first new installment of the series since the end of the recent writers' strike. "SNL" alum Tina Fey, now starring in NBC's "30 Rock," hosted the show. Carrie performed "All-American Girl" and "Flat on the Floor," which are from her double-Platinum album "Carnival Ride." Carrie says she's a longtime "SNL" fan, and notes that her two favorites from the show are Will Farrell and Eddie Murphy. Underwood adds that she had a great time, quote, "just hanging out with everybody again and taking it all in because it is such a piece of pop culture."
